We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ephes2ten with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
